PAYMENT METHODS

Paypal: We accept Credit Card payments only through the Paypal circuit. It is possible to pay through Paypal without having a Paypal account. Credit Cards accepted are: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO. 

Bank Transfer: It is possible to pay by bank transfer. Once the order is completed the client will automatically receive a confirmative email containing the bank account information as well as a summary of the order. 
Payment must be completed within 5 business days from order receipt, after this deadline the order will be automatically cancelled. Order will be shipped once the payment has reached our bank account. Our Bank information:

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

SHIPMENT

Shipments to all countries will be shipped via the courier FEDEX.

European Union: shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.

Countries outside the European Union: all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice or proforma invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from materieshop.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status as well as a copy of the receipt. Another copy will be enclosed in the package.

 

DELIVERY

Upon delivery of every order, clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.
In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact customer service at:

If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be sent at e-materie@materieshop.com within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

 

SHIPMENT FEES

Shipment to Italy is free of charge for order over 50,00 Euro, while all other orders orders under 50,00 Euro will be charged 10,00 Euro.

To all other orders shipment fees will be applied according to the final destination and volume of the package.

Estimated shipping fees for the rest of the world:
Europe - European Union: 20,00 - 25,00 Euro
Europe - Non European Union: 25,00 - 40,00 Euro
USA: 30,00 Euro - Duties and taxes excluded.
Latin America, Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa: 40,00 - 50,00 Euro Duties and taxes excluded.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union could be charged with duties and taxes according to the final destination country regulations. 

 

SHIPPING TIME

Italy: Items in stock will be dispatched in 2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. 3/4 days may be required for the islands.

Estimated shipping time for the rest of the world:
Europe - European Union and Non European Union: 2/3 business days. 2-3 extra business days for remote areas.
USA: 2/3 business days according to the final destination
Latin America, Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa: 3/5 business days

During Christmas season, sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. Orders completed the day before or during Italian holidays (for orders outside the Italian territory) may also have delays.

Materie shop cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Materie shop.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURN
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Items must not have been worn or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with original Materie shop package and with all labels and other accessories received with the order.

The client is responsible for costs of return delivery which must be shipped within 14 days from the order's date to Materie shop. In case of exchange the new article to be shipped is free delivery.

Credit

As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The credit is not cumulative with other store credits and can be used one time only within three months of the return. The credit must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.


Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Materie shop. 

    For orders paid by Credit Card with Paypal or by Bank Wire Transfer, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

    Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

    In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. 
    com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
    Materieshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Materieshop.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
